Warrenton Yoga Classes, LIFE Center

I have taken yoga classes from various instructors in the area and found that the environment that Yvonne creates in her yoga classes at the Fauquier Hospital LIFE Center is the most pleasant. She teaches all different levels of yoga at the Life Center, so there is a class that everyone can feel comfortable in.


I always go into class feeling stiff as a board and when I leave I feel less tension, more flexible, and stronger.


It is very important that you have proper form when holding yoga poses so that you don't hurt anything. Yvonne is very good at reminding the people in her classes to keep their correct posture for each pose so that they fully benefit from the pose and so that they are safe too.


If you want a new workout and aren't sure what to do, I strongly suggest trying out a beginning yoga class with Yvonne. You won't regret it.
